These terms apply to use of our website and purchases of our pet-care products, together with our Return & Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
Orders and product use
Provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information. Review the product description, selected options, price, delivery charges, and taxes before ordering. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund payment for the unfulfilled purchase. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our Return & Refund Policy explains remedies for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete items and delivery problems.
Follow the supplied use and care instructions and supervise your pet. Stop use if the product is damaged or causes discomfort. Product descriptions describe intended functions; results may vary by pet.
